There is a Developer's Corner on this wiki where you will find a lot of information.

This web site can be modified by any VideoLAN developer or user. You need to check out https://code.videolan.org/VideoLAN.org/websites git repository and create a merge request to submit your changes. After MR is approved, the website will be automatically updated a few minutes later.
